Are you maintaining confidentiality and anonymity of client?<\/h4>

We completely honor our clients’ requests for confidentiality and anonymity. Clients are expected to sign a legal agreement with Dawner Medical Services, LLC, which includes a confidentiality clause. No information will be released to any third party unless authorized by the client or required by regulatory authorities or law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For clients who request further anonymity, a representative from Dawner Medical Services, LLC will serve as a proxy during the entire treatment process. A special three-party legal agreement will be used for the contract between the client and another party, such as a donor, where Dawner Medical Services, LLC serves as the client’s representative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

We fully honor our donors’ requests for confidentiality and anonymity. Dawner Medical Services, LLC is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the donation. Although our major business focus is in the U.S., we serve intended parents and work with fertility clinics worldwide. We have successfully provided services to many international clients, and numerous fertility clinics, agencies, and reproductive law firms outside the U.S. are our long-term partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In addition to donors living in US, are you working with donors outside US?<\/h4>

Absolutely! We are happy to work with donors living both in and outside the U.S. We have local networks to arrange your donation for your convenience. Please feel free to submit your application or contact us for further information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I registered my account but haven't received confirmation email. What's going on?<\/h4>

This is a common issue encountered by many users. If no confirmation email appears in your inbox after a few minutes, please search for ‘Dawner Medical Services<\/em>‘ in all emails or check other folders such as spam or junk, as the email is usually there. My photo is too big to be uploaded. How can I make my photo smaller?<\/h4>
\n\n\n\n

There are several ways to resize your photo to be smaller. One way is to use the Windows application Paint:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open your photo with Paint.<\/li>
  2. Click the “Resize” icon on the top toolbar.<\/li>
  3. In the pop-up window, select “Percentage” and change the Horizontal value from 100 to a smaller number (e.g., a smaller percentage).<\/li>
  4. Click “OK.”<\/li>
  5. Save the photo in Paint, and you will have a smaller-sized photo.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Another way is to use a free online image resizer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to Simple Image Resizer<\/a>.<\/li>
    2. Upload your photo.<\/li>
    3. Adjust the percentage to 50% or higher.<\/li>
    4. Click the “Resize” button.<\/li>
    5. Wait for the resizing to complete, then download the resized photo.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
