Are you maintaining confidentiality and anonymity of client?

We completely honor client’s request on confidentiality and anonymity. A client is expected to sign a legal agreement with Dawner Medical Services, LLC, which includes confidentiality clause. No information will be released to any third party unless it is authorized by the client or required by the regulatory authority or law. For clients who further request anonymity, a representative from Dawner Medical Services, LLC will serve as proxy during the entire treatment process. A special three-party legal agreement will be used for legal contract between the client and another party such as donor, where Dawner Medical Services, LLC serves as representative of the client.


Are you maintaining confidentiality and anonymity of donor?

We completely honor donor’s confidentiality and anonymity. Dawner Medical Services, LLC is obligated to maintain confidentiality of the donation. No information will be released to any third party unless it is authorized by the donor or required by the regulatory authority or law. For donors requesting anonymity (which is true in most cases), a special three-party legal agreement will be used for legal contract between the donor and another party such as intended parents, where Dawner Medical Services, LLC serves as proxy of the donor. In this case, donor’s identity keeps hidden to the other party.


In addition to clients in US, are you serving international clients?

Although our major business focus is in US, we are serving intended parents and working with fertility clinics around the world. We have successfully provided services to many international clients. And numerous fertility clinics, agencies, and reproductive law firms outside US are our long-term partners.


In addition to donors living in US, are you working with donors outside US?

Absolutely! We are happy to work with donors who are living both in and outside US. We have local networks to arrange your donation, to provide you convenience. Please feel free to submit your application or Contact Us for further information.


I registered my account but haven't received confirmation email. What's going on?

This is a common issue which has been encountered by many users. If no confirmation email appears in Inbox after a few minutes, please search for ‘Dawner Medical Services‘ in all emails or check other folders such as spam or junk, and the email is usually there. You’d better mark those emails not to be spam, so that future emails will show up in Inbox. Please do not hesitate to send an email to Dawner Medical Services or call customer service (1-833-SUN-DAWN), if you still cannot find such email.


My photo is too big to be uploaded. How can I make my photo smaller?

There are several ways to resize your photo to be smaller. One way is to use Windows application Paint: Open your photo with Paint, then click the icon Resize on the top toolbar. In the pop-up window, select Percentage, change Horizontal of 100 to a smaller number (i.e., a smaller percentage) and click OK. Next save the photo in Paint and you will get a photo of smaller size. Another way is to use a free online image resizer: Click Simple Image Resizer, upload your photo, adjust the percentage to 50% or higher, next click button Resize, wait for resizing to complete, and then download the resized photo.


What to do if I encountered website issues?

In the cases of website issues such as textbox not taking input, popup window not appearing, links not working as expected, etc., you may clear browser cookies (See How to Delete Cookies in Every Major Browser), close and reopen your browser, and visit our website again.
